Modern and clean, this new residential addition was framed entirely of steel. Featuring a double-cantilevered deck with an extremely thin profile, long span window openings, and a glazed curtain wall with custom nautically inspired supports, the new house extension is an example of adding volume without increasing visual clutter. Pre-fabricated "Z-Wall" frames were used as lateral elements for economy and to minimize movement and closed wall area.
