Renovating and retrofitting the Lorenzo Theater would be a key element to any strategy to revitalize its environs. Hired directly by the local Community Development Agency, Jon Brody Structural Engineers performed a study of the existing structure, culminating in the presentation of multiple retrofit options. These various solutions were developed in enough detail for use by the agency’s feasibility studies, allowing for significant progress in its decision making and budgeting.
