UNDER CONST. BEL AIR RESIDENCE
Bel Air, California
Perched atop a crowded and built up hilltop in this leafy enclave north of Los Angeles across the valley floor from the Geddy Center Museum, and built entirely of cast in place concrete. An engineer's concrete dream of rebar and aggregate emerges as a beautiful structure, a residence sculpted and formed to express clear lines and imposingly strong geometry, tempered through careful curvature to claim space and define what is going to be an amazing living experience for the client. Construction recently topped out the roof slab in October 2024.
