This specialized kiosk structure for the Marine Mammal Center (located at Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf) had to be movable by forklift and accessible for disabled persons. The structural design relies on a steel skeleton with light gauge metal framing. The building was constructed off site and transported to the Pier after construction was completed.
